Desmond: (takes a seat) I just don't understand. what else do you want from me? What have you asked that I have not given? I know isi knows everything about you, there's no point hiding here. Shewa: I did not run to him.

Desmond: So you're saying he came unto you?

Shewa: (burst in tears) He raped me.

Desmond: (jumps off his seat) He did what?

Isi: He raped her and her life's been miserable. She's been meaning to tell you but she didn't know how to (sniffs). Did he tell you all this?

Doctor:We've got one good news, You are not pregnant. We ran a series of test and you are to come back in three days to view results. Have no fear, all will be well. Please see the nurse outside, she has your prescriptions. We need you to take those pills to help you relax and sleep well.

Shewa: I'm not pregnant?

Doctor: No you are not. I have also prescribed some pills that will help regulate your menstrual cycle.

Shewa: Thanks doctor, I will be back in 3 days. (heads out)

Isi: How far?

Shewa: (smiles a little) I have to come back in three days to see the other test results. I'm not pregnant though

Isi: Thank you Jesus.

Shewa: (walks up to desmond) I never meant to hurt you, I am so sorry. (in tears)

Desmond: It's okay baby. (hugs her tightly). Let's go home

They headed to desmond's house. Chinedu saw desmond before he actually went home to isi and shewa. He told him that shewa wanted him to be more than a friend and that she came unto him. He then urged desmond to watch and caution his so called girlfriend. That was why desmond reacted the way he did earlier on.

Isi: I cannot come tomorrow but I will try to go to the clinic with you. Just calm down and take care of yourself. Desmond loves you and he will help you get through this.

Shewa: thanks for everything. Maybe I should have told him earlier. I was just so scared he might do something illegal. I'm glad I have you two to lean on...
